The role leads capital and non-capital projects, mentors engineers, and ensures safe, compliant process design across units, with 20%–60% domestic travel. Requirements include a Master’s degree in chemical engineering with 7+ years in owner-operator operations or a Bachelor’s with 10+ years, plus strong SAP and Aspen Plus proficiency.
