About the role

CopperPoint Insurance Companies seeks a Supervisor Workers' Comp Claims to lead a team of claims professionals and administrative staff. You will drive performance, accountability, quality claims management and exceptional customer service across multiple experience levels. You will guide adjusters in jurisdictions including AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC and partner with regional teams supporting the Southwest. Remote-based with occasional travel.
