This Graphic Designer opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, self-directed creative professional who enjoys balancing hands-on design with production-focused work in a fast-paced corporate environment. You'll support attorneys, Marketing, Business Development, Events, and other internal teams by creating polished digital and print materials, preparing presentations, managing photography and brand assets, and coordinating production-ready files with outside vendors. This role is a great fit for someone with strong design fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects while consistently delivering accurate, brand-aligned work. REWARDS$70,000–$85,000 base salary Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life, AD&D, and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Parking/Transit reimbursement depending on location Professional development and long-term career growth opportunities with a nationally recognized law firmREQUIREMENTS3–5+ years of professional experience in a corporate graphic design, creative production, visual communications, or related environment Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Design & Technical Production, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Power Point and Word Strong design fundamentals with experience in layout, typography, photo editing, print production, and preparation of digital and production-ready files Exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, organizational, and quality-control skills Ability to independently manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines with minimal oversight Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with internal clients, cross-functional teams, and external vendorsRESPONSIBILITIESManage creative production requests from initial intake through final delivery, including clarifying project requirements, designing materials, proofreading, incorporating revisions, and communicating with internal stakeholders Create brand-consistent digital and print materials, including social media and intranet graphics, advertisements, event collateral, signage, internal communications, and other recurring marketing assets Edit and prepare attorney headshots and firm photography through cropping, color correction, light retouching, resizing, and optimization for digital and print use Format and enhance Power Point presentations and Word documents to ensure accuracy, readability, visual consistency, and alignment with established brand standards Prepare logos, artwork, and other brand assets in appropriate formats and specifications for internal teams, printers, signage providers, and other outside vendors Partner with attorneys, Business Development, Marketing Communications, Events, Regional Marketing, and other teams to manage requests, resolve routine production issues, and deliver polished work on schedule Maintain the firm's visual brand and creative assets while identifying opportunities to improve templates, file organization, and recurring production workflows Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
