About the role

To support premium audits, the part-time Audit Support Specialist will manage audit inventory, coordinate with auditors and internal teams, and monitor progress while working remotely for approximately 25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities: Manage audit inventory by assigning audits based on regional needs and auditor skill sets Monitor audits from assignment through billing, proactively identifying delays and resolving workflow issues Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, assisting with questions and coordinating additional support as needed
Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles Preferred experience in premium audits or insurance operations/accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with NEXUS and DOMO reporting is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
