Job TitleUnder general supervision and working closely with check clerk lead. Processes data entry transactions. Scanning checks, filing checks, and mailing checks. Performs other clerical duties as requestedResponsibilitiesPerforms scanning of return checksPerforms filing of return checksPerforms data entry processes into a databasePerforms assigned tasks and projectsVerifies and corrects informationEnsure complete and accurate data entries into systemPerforms other duties as assignedProcesses special and recurring reportsMental qualifications include ability to enter data accurately, prepare reports and maintain recordsMonitors email boxes, inboxes, and other systems to fulfill requested servicesPhysical DemandsWill be required to lift up to 10 lbs.Must be able to use a keyboard and sit for extended periods of time. Mental qualifications include ability to follow directions and communicate appropriately and effectively with staff and customers.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMicrosoft Office and Database SystemsKnowledge of customer service concepts and practicesKnowledge of basic systems as neededSkill in oral and written communicationSkill in operating a personal computer utilizing a variety of software applications, including databaseMust be detail oriented and have good organizational skillsAbility to efficiently follow-up to find missing informationAbility to multi-task.
