Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with activities Functional Area Activities. Strategic leadership, data analysis, innovation. Visionary thinking, collaboration, adaptability. Oversees customer satisfaction research. Champions organizational culture of service excellence. Reports directly to executive leadership.
