About the role
To support strategic contracting initiatives, the full-time remote Lead Contract Associate will oversee complex contracting activities, mentor team members, and collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contract integrity and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of high-profile client contracts while managing escalations and client communications
Provide advanced coaching and mentoring on contract strategy, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and compliance requirements
Oversee contract data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support legal and business stakeholders
Required qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of progressive contract management or administration experience, including complex agreements
Advanced contract drafting and negotiation skills within established standards
Experience with various representative agreements such as Laboratory Services Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
Familiarity with contract management systems and tools like iCertis, Conga, and Salesforce
