About the role

Speaks Law Firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Balance Clerk to provide administrative support across departments. This on-site role involves managing confidential records in our case management system (CSM) and processing financial balances from Monday to Friday, 8:30–5:30. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of office experience, strong organization, and solid customer service skills. Knowledge of legal terminology and SmartAdvocate is a plus.
