Senior Payment Risk Analyst TouchSuite is seeking a Senior Payment Risk Analyst to join our high-impact team. The opportunity is located in Boca Raton, FL - Remote opportunities may be considered. What You'll Do:
  • Monitor and analyze credit card and ACH fraud patterns
  • Lead chargeback mitigation efforts (VAMP, RDR, Ethoca, Verifi, etc.)Manage collections strategy for unpaid fees and negative balances
  • Handle KYC/KYB, ID verification, and OFAC/AML reviews
  • Develop and enforce risk scoring models for new and existing merchants
  • Collaborate across teams to support merchant onboarding and risk-informed growth
  • Analyze MCC/NAICS codes, validate TIN/SSN, enforce underwriting policies
  • Leverage tools like TSYS, Fiserv, MATCH, SQL, ExcelWhat You Bring 5+ years in risk analysis or merchant underwriting (ISO or payment processing required)
  • Expertise in fraud detection, chargebacks, and collections strategy
  • Solid understanding of PCI DSS and NACHA rules
