Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Order Management Representative to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities: Run daily reports to monitor order activity and performance. Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Analyze incoming orders for delays or potential issues before processing. Enter data accurately into relevant systems and databases. Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill service requests and support customer needs.
Requirements: Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels. Work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications: Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Use ERP systems confidently to manage order and customer data. Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain attention to detail while managing repetitive tasks. Support cross-functional teams with timely and accurate information.
