NP-Women s Health OBGYN Chicago Flexible schedule Details:
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: ASAP Ongoing (3-6 month locum w/ option to extend)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pmScope: Outpatient FQHC Community Health Women s Health OB, GYN, pre/post-natal services.
Volume: 15-20 PPDEMR: AthenaPrefer: Local, bilingual Spanish
Support: Multispecialty clinic with full support staff
Require: National Cert., IL License/DEA 1-2 years experience in OBGYN services as NPCredentialing: 60 days
