Business Development Manager1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships and drive revenue across the territory.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in restoration sales or business development (preferred, but not required)
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated and results-driven
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a territory growth plan
Build relationships with adjusters, agents, and contractors
Identify new referral partnerships and business opportunities
Track referral activity and revenue performance
Represent the company at networking and industry events
Collaborate with operations to ensure strong service delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
