Function:
Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage HIV, HBV, HCV, and co-infections. Develop and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and patient outcomes. Provide preventive services including PrEP/PEP, STI screening, and vaccinations. Deliver patient education and support adherence strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. Support program development, quality initiatives, and clinical mentorship. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
Job Requirements New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred. Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
