Job Description:
Insight Global is hiring for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) with a large banking client. There are currently two openings, one in Louisville, KY and one in Evansville, IN. Day to day, you will be building and growing your own book of mortgage business within your local market. While you'll receive some warm referrals from the bank's business, private, and relationship bankers, most of your success will come from establishing your own personal network and brand in the community, partnering with centers of influence like realtors, and staying active in local organizations or boards. This is an entrepreneurial, production-based role where your income is directly tied to what you originate and close. This role is 5 days a week onsite in Louisville, KY.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
