About the role
- High School Diploma or a GED is required
- Customer Service experience of 1 year or more in a call center is preferred but not required; Store Supply Warehouse will train all new employees, including data base softwares
- Must be computer literate, proficient in Data Entry and Typing, a must.
- Ability to navigate between different websites and multitask
- Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve issues, if necessary
- Experience with outbound sales, telemarketing, or company/product introductions, a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to maintain a safe and ethical work environment, and work as an effective team member
- Starting hourly wage of $17.50/hour
