About the role
M&L CDJR Collision Center is the premier collision center in the greater Triad area. Due to tremendous growth we are in need of a Body Shop Technician. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard. BODY SHOP TECHNICIANThe Body Shop Technician will perform all frame, metal repairs and interior repairs on collision damaged vehicles consigned to the Body Shop.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operating knowledge in measuring systemsDiagnose and repair unibody structural damageDiagnose and repair full frame vehiclesReplace body panelsRepair body panelsReplace damaged wiring harnesses, or reinstall harnesses after body repairRemove and reinstall interiorsAttend weekly department meetingsMaintain clean work areaEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
