About the role

Administrative Office SupportTo maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-functioning office while providing timely administrative support to employees, visitors, vendors, and senior management.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for greeting guests to facility and maintaining guest log.Maintain a clean organized reception desk, kitchen area, and all common office areas. Including scheduling and coordinating any maintenance needed.Oversee inventory and replenishment of all office supplies, including kitchen/break room supplies.Maintain multiple conference room calendars to ensure successful usage of shared conference spaces.Coordinate all needs for onsite meetings including catering, supplies needs, conference room set-up/clean-up, and assist with any basic AV needs (projectors, laptop set-up, etc).Assist Senior-level management with administrative tasks as needed, such as travel coordination and submission of expense reports.Create purchase orders in OmegaShip out items, when neededSet vendors up in TPHCollection and distribution of mail.Other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma, or equivalent required.Previous experience in office administration, reception, or a similar support role required.Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, and knowledge of standard office equipment.Effective communication skills - written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills.Problem assessment and problem solving.Flexibility to multitask and shift priorities when needed.Customer service orientation.Ability to multi?task while working in a fast?paced, globally diverse environment.Strong attention to detail, with time management and decision?making skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredJob InfoJob Identification 43950Job Category AdministrativeJob Schedule Full timeLocations 140 Cypress Station Dr Suite 225, Houston, TX, 77090, US
