Allstate Sales Representative | Paid Licensing Path + Uncapped Commission

Location: Ocala, FL — In-Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Compensation: $41,600–$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses Expected First-Year Earnings: $71,600–$110,000+Good at sales but ready for a better career path? If you are competitive, coachable, strong on the phone, and willing to get licensed quickly, we will help train the right person. This is a great fit for someone with experience in: Automotive sales Wireless or retail sales Call center sales Mortgage, real estate, or banking Fitness membership sales Home services, pest control, HVAC, or similar sales roles Any high-volume sales role with goals, follow-up, and closing This is an in-office sales position. This is not remote. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, quoting customers, and asking for the sale. What You’ll Do: Sell auto, home, and personal insurance products Call warm leads, active prospects, referrals, and prior quote opportunities Build quotes and explain coverage options clearly Follow up consistently with unsold quotes and prospects Learn how to sell value beyond just the cheapest price Ask for the sale and close new business Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Keep clean notes and follow-up activity in the CRMWhat We’re Looking For The right candidate is: Competitive and money-motivated Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable making outbound phone calls Strong at communication and follow-up Able to handle rejection and keep moving Organized and dependable Motivated by commission and performance bonuses Able to work full-time in our Ocala officeA Florida insurance license is not required to apply, but selected candidates must be willing and able to obtain the required license quickly.
