Mixer / Batcher Opportunity$18.00 - $20.00/hour 2nd Shift/3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday with Friday work and overtime available! As a Batcher / Mixer, you'll be responsible for assembling and mixing dry goods for production Kit and assemble dry goods according to production requirements Read and follow batch sheets accurately Weigh and measure ingredients and materials to specification Maintain accurate records and documentation Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Prior batching or mixing experience in a food manufacturing environment required Ability to read and interpret batch sheets Strong attention to detail with weighing and measuring Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
