About the role
- Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects
- Lead the relationship with our project champions to ensure they are supported by Buildots, while also being the customer voice among internal delivery pods.
- Efficiently handle onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption of the technology, including training of on-site users
- Gain insights from data and the use of the system on projects and feedback to the product team to influence the product’s roadmap and features.
- Work within the customer success team to shape and refine delivery for clients by using expert knowledge. Creating and updating playbooks within the team, ensuring an ongoing legacy of Customer Success Delivery.
- 7+ years of construction experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer — you know where the inefficiencies live and have worked on large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
- Self-starter who spots a problem, owns it, and solves it without waiting to be told.
- Equally comfortable in a hard hat on a job site and presenting to a senior client stakeholder over video.
- A fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and communicates complex ideas clearly.
- Strong people skills — you leave every interaction, regardless of role or culture, with people feeling good about working with you.
- Genuinely excited about what technology can do for the construction industry, not just curious about it.
- Comfortable balancing onsite customer engagement with remote work and occasional travel.
- A natural at turning data and feedback into actionable insights.
- Good vibes and a sense of humor — non-negotiable.
- Location & Travel: El Paso, TexasThis role is ideally suited for someone based in or near El Paso, Texas.
- Approximately 50% of the role will be dedicated to the El Paso project, including onsite presence at the jobsite approximately every other week.
- The remaining approximately 50% of the role will be remote, supporting additional customer and project needs.
- Travel to other projects will be significantly less frequent than our traditional traveling CSM roles and is expected to be approximately once per month.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the onsite and travel requirements of the position.
