We take pride in delivering superior craftsmanship, and we’re looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our team and ensure our products are finished to perfection.Job Description:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and perfect cabinet surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with spray booths and various finishes to achieve flawless results.Key Responsibilities:Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed.Operate spray painting equipment, including spray guns and booths, to apply finishes such as paints, stains, and lacquers.Mix and match colors to meet design specifications.Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes while maintaining clean and organized work areas.Inspect finished pieces for imperfections and touch up as necessary.Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment.Qualifications:Proven experience as a spray painter, preferably in cabinetry or woodworking.Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment.Knowledge of different paint types, including stains, lacquers, and enamels.Attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($30-35 Hourly).Opportunities for growth and professional development.How to Apply:If you’re passionate about your craft and want to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
