About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Independent Workday Consultants to join our growing network. As an independent consultant, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize our clients’ HR and financial systems. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record of Workday implementations, configurations, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and/or support Workday implementation projects from discovery through deployment (Phase 0 - Go Live), ensuring that all project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize Workday solutions tailored to client-specific business processes. Provide post-implementation support, ongoing optimizations, and troubleshooting for Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll systems. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices, system updates, and product improvements. Lead client training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless adoption of the platform. Participate in Workday product enhancements and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Workday ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with expertise in one or more functional/technical areas: HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Student, Reporting, Integrations, or Data Conversion. Strong background in Workday implementations (Phase I, II, X), system configurations, and integrations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client leadership teams. PMP or Workday certification is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. We can hold and maintain your Workday certifications, ensuring you stay current with the latest updates and compliance requirements.
