About the role
Job Description:
This position is located on the northside of Chicago. Large corporation in need of 2 quality control clerks. We will train someone with basic quality skills. This position will require you to work in a clean room from time to time. You would have to wear covers on your shoes, a hairnet and lab coat. You would be working under a yellow light checking parts are manufactured correctly. If interested please submit your resume. Salary is $20 an hour to start, including full benefits.
Education: •High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
•Prior quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Skills / Knowledge:
•Basic computer skills and proficiency with data entry and quality systems
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
•Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
•Knowledge of measurement tools and inspection techniques
•Understanding of safety rules, operating procedures, and quality requirementsEEO
