Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week, outpatient setting only

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington State or ability to obtain
Physical Therapist certification required
Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
