About the role

Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements. Develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation. Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Work with Salesforce data migration, data quality, and data management activities. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes. Create responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, QA teams, and other developers. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support. Work with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, CI/CD, and change sets.
Required Skills: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security. Experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization. Experience with Git and CI/CD/deployment processes. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
