District Sales Manager – Midwest (MN, MI, WI, IL, NE, SD, ND, MO, IA) We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a District Sales Manager overseeing a high-performing team across the Midwest. This is a field leadership role for an experienced pharmaceutical sales manager with a strong background in new product launches and national performance rankings. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a district sales team across the Midwest
  • Drive execution of new product launches
  • Partner with national leadership to exceed district performance goals
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and compliance
  • Achieve consistent national rankings and award-level performance
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience (required)
  • Proven success leading teams through new product launches
  • Documented history of strong district performance and national rankings
  • Experience in ophthalmology or specialty pharma strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout the district as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $190K–$210K (dependent on experience)
Incentive plan: additional $58K–$63K (uncapped) Very generous equity / stock package Full expenses covered Comprehensive benefits package
