Gusto is seeking a Product Designer, Finance, to set the UX vision across Money and Risk, identify high‑impact opportunities, and partner with senior leaders to shape product strategy.
You will lead design across four interconnected financial areas, mentor other designers, and help define AI‑first UX at scale while ensuring trust and clarity for hundreds of thousands of small businesses and employees.
