Remote LocationBoston, MA; Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; Washington, DCPosition SummaryAs a Staff Infrastructure Engineer, you will work with your team on various challenging projects and build the Infrastructure for our platform and the thousands of companies that trust HackerOne with their cybersecurity posture.You are a collaborative and effective Infrastructure Engineer leader and team member. You combine broad technological expertise, deep domain knowledge, and an unquestionable dedication to security as you intersect with the engineering organization. You seek leadership responsibilities, identify and spearhead new initiatives, and make systematic improvements to technical weaknesses you find in your squad's codebases and shared codebases across the company.You understand what it takes to build highly available, performant, and durable cloud architecture. You will join your new squad and be onboarded to engineering – learn the technology stack (AWS, Terraform, Ruby on Rails + GraphQL + many more).By day 60, you will have been eased into our on-call rotations, you'll be leading a meaningful project for the team, and you will have become more connected within the larger HackerOne organization.Beyond 90 days, you will be a full‐fledged Infrastructure Engineer.
