The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and governing competitive compensation, equity, and benefits programs, with a focus on global policy, program design, and compliance. This role requires a data-driven operator with a strong background in HR, particularly in the areas of total rewards and executive compensation. The VP will be instrumental in modernizing the delivery of total rewards through the use of analytics, automation, and AI, and will be expected to mentor and develop a high-performance team in this domain. Candidates for the Vice President, Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior or global leadership role. The role demands a proven track record in designing and operating enterprise-level compensation, equity, and benefits programs, preferably in global and complex SaaS, technology, or comparable companies. Experience in HR automation and AI-enabled solutions is essential, as is the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative executive, comfortable with people analytics, and have a strong background in managing multi-jurisdictional compliance issues.
