Under direct supervision, the Key position supports front‑of‑house team members and management by maintaining restaurant standards, fostering positive Guest and team experiences, and ensuring effective internal communication. This role requires a leader with a "whatever it takes" attitude, dedicated to helping the management team, team members, and Guests achieve daily quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Uphold high employment quality standards in line with Bloomin' Brands policies
Conduct pre-opening quality checks and ensure the restaurant is ready for service prior to opening (kitchen and bar line checks, interior and exterior maintenance)
Review staffing assignments and lead pre-shift meetings
Support and coach front-of-house staff in customer service while balancing front- and back-of-house needs
Perform quality table checks and handle routine Guest issues
Participate in events, marketing, purchasing, training, quality control, and financial activities
Minimum Requirements:
Certified in all front-of-house functions
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry
Previously held positions of leadership
