About the role

To enhance member engagement and improve quality performance, the full-time remote Quality Program Strategist RN will identify market trends and oversee quality improvement programs related to HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS strategies while collaborating with stakeholders to recommend actionable solutions. Key responsibilities Conduct evaluations to assist with HEDIS gap closure and assess performance for potential pilot programs and process improvements Leverage data analysis to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations for performance improvements Develop support resources and tools for HEDIS, CAHPS, and HOS to improve member and provider experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 4+ years of clinical experience in managed care or health insurance; 2+ years of quality experience preferred Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent preferred; CPHQ preferred
