About the role

District Management Group (DMGroup) seeks a Director to join our DMConsulting team in Boston. The Director will own a portfolio of client engagements, lead business development conversations, and contribute to DMGroup’s methodologies and external presence. This role reports to senior leadership and guides a team of Associates and Senior Associates in delivering high-impact strategies for public school systems.
