About the role

Dominium seeks a Senior Asset Manager, Value Events to lead lease-up and resyndication value events across our portfolio. This role coordinates due diligence, closing, construction or rehabilitation, and financing steps with internal teams and external partners. Travel about 50% is required. You will partner with Development, DCAS, Property Operations, Compliance and Accounting to ensure timely, on-budget execution and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
