About the role
Leading the evolution of the retail search practice, the full-time Director of Retail Search will manage clients' paid search investments across major retail media platforms while working in a hybrid environment based in Chicago, Atlanta, or New York.
Key Responsibilities
Manage clients' paid search investments, including campaign setup, KPI setting, budget allocation, and optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable search plans integrating paid search within the omni-channel marketing mix
Lead and mentor a team of retail search buyers to achieve optimal campaign results and develop talent within the team
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in building and executing search strategies on retail media platforms
Deep expertise in paid search strategy, planning, management, and optimization
Strong familiarity with retail media networks and third-party search platforms
Dynamic leadership skills with a proven track record in team management and mentorship
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges
