The Catering Outfit, LLC Location: 221 Carlton Road Suite #8, Charlottesville, VA 22902 We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wedding Event Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of wedding events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and decoration of wedding venues Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and setup Provide support to the wedding planner on event day Greet and direct guests as needed Manage and resolve any on-site issues promptly Assist with the breakdown and cleanup post-event Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances Attention to detail Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and availability.
