We value diverse experiencesand perspectives.Important Work TasksManage and support one or more project teams to successfully deliver project outcomesPlan, monitor, and report ensuring that projects meet agreed thresholds and objectivesManage project the performance including financials, schedule, and qualityScope management:Establish and maintain scope of work definition for project in accordance to contract requirementsConduct change order managementPlanning:Develop and maintain project management plansDevelop and maintain project schedulesFinancial management:Create and maintain project budgets/estimatesRisk management:Create and Manage Risk Management PlansCreate and update Risk register and Risk mitigation plans/actionsQuality:Plan and follow up for project to meet defined quality requirementsUnderstand and perform document control functions for all project files that adhere to the PMO standardsWork closely with development, testing, and accounting to ensure that all divisions/groups have full project awareness for the appropriate PMO protocols to be supportedEnsure Requirements documents, Design documents, User Manuals, Administration Manuals, Release notes, and training documents are all in sync before customer deliveryProject deliverables / scrum:Organize, facilitate, and record all Scrum activities (e.g., planning, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives) and keep stakeholders informed on the team’s progress.Lead requirements gathering/tracking process, orchestrate design stage meetings, manage scope creep, assist with managing UAT, documentation and deploymentsResource management:Perform resource planning/forecastingCoordinating day -to -day project tasksWork with Engineering to resolve resource and delivery issues/conflictsClient handling:Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building strong and collaborative relationshipsAttend and coordinate customer meetings, follow up with customersRecognize and follow up on opportunities for potential new tasks/functionality that the customer could benefit fromWork closely with Business Development for new businessPerform product demos to clientsDevelop proposals, contracts, sub -consultant agreements, task orders, statement of workComplete, review and approve customer status reports, and customer invoicingCommunication/reporting:Maintain/communicate overall and individual project status forms to communicate to the other groups, customer, and third -party consultants; manage all communications to stakeholdersMaintain high level project status form for management reportingSalesParticipate in proposal for project management activities including writingYour Experience and KnowledgeBachelor of Science in Engineering (Traffic, Civil, Transportation, or Electrical) or Computer Science2+ years of experience working in Agile development environment5+ years of hands -on experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivering all phases of an IT project3+ years of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Operation Management methodology5+ years of Intelligent Transportation Systems experiencePMP CertificationCSM certification is a plusExperience with scoping, planning, and leading multi -phase multi -million -dollar projectsAbility to lead teams of 5+ developers, full size team of 8+ peopleAnalytical skills for problem solving issuesExceptional organization skillsEffective communication skills, written and oralExperience with Java programming a plusUnderstanding of business development/marketing practices
