About the role

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on panel design work and wants to make a direct impact on custom electrical solutions. You’ll support a variety of projects from concept through manufacturing, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to deliver reliable, well-documented panel designs. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Design electrical panel circuitry for customer and OEM projects Create 2D wiring schematics and bill of materials Review customer requirements and translate them into workable designs Support cost estimating for design and manufacturing efforts Partner with sales, procurement, and leadership as needed Assist with customer clarification and fact-finding calls Support commissioning and customer communication Work across multiple projects simultaneously Required Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of panel design experience Degree in electrical technology or engineering, or equivalent experience Ability to read and create wiring diagrams Experience with CAD wiring diagram tools Understanding of NEC code requirements Strong communication skills in a team environment Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Nice to Have Skills & Experience: PLC programming experience Embedded systems programming experience UL508A knowledge UL698A knowledge UL1203 knowledge Experience with motor control circuits VFD programming experience This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
