About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Veteran Services to lead and oversee the operations of its veteran service programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring program compliance with policies and procedures, staffing and performance management, business planning, risk management, and client services. This role involves establishing and maintaining community relationships for program advocacy, leading daily program operations, setting and evaluating program deliverables, and developing goals to monitor the impact of services. The Vice President will also be involved in business forecasting, developing key performance indicators, and providing oversight for contract procurement and grant preparation. Applicants for the Vice President of Veteran Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 5 years' experience in management and working with veterans is required. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, possess strong leadership and fiscal management skills, and have a proven ability to create and implement resource development strategies.
