As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organized and service-oriented professional to help support our clients and day-to-day operations.
Position Overview: The Client Service & Operations Associate serves as a key member of the team, ensuring we deliver a best-in-class client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and providing outstanding support in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs Prepare and process account paperwork and client documentation Coordinate account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests Maintain accurate client records and database information Support compliance and operational processes Help create a welcoming and professional client experience Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflows
Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Professional and client-focused attitude Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology Financial services experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team
