Print Production Manager Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of print and mailing projects, from initial specifications to final delivery. Oversee scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and invoice reconciliation for print projects. Develop detailed instructions for multi-tiered mailings and approve all artwork and data quality checks. Manage relationships with print and mailing vendors, including negotiations and quality assurance procedures. Act as the primary liaison between creative, client services, and vendors to ensure project success.
Print Production Manager Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in print purchasing, especially for direct mail. Strong knowledge of various print methods including lithography, flexography, and digital printing. Familiarity with USPS mail design specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
