About the role
Southwestern Advantage seeks a Director of Product Innovation in Nashville to shape the future of our product portfolio. You will identify opportunities, connect field insights to portfolio solutions, and lead design, sourcing, and launch of new products and services including digital and AI-enabled offerings.
You will own the development roadmap, collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and finance, and ensure products meet privacy and accessibility standards while delivering customer value.
