About the role

Bubld is an on-demand mobile car care platform bringing professional car washing directly to where vehicles are already parked. We are looking for an experienced NYC parking / real estate industry professional who can help Bubld establish partnerships with: • Commercial parking garages • Residential building garages • Parking garage operators and management companies • Property managers and building owners • Large residential and mixed-use properties This opportunity is specifically for someone who already has strong relationships with decision-makers in the NYC parking and real estate industries and has experience putting similar service or vendor agreements together. The ideal person: • Has an established network within NYC parking, garages, property management or commercial real estate • Knows the people who control access to parking locations • Has successfully opened B2B accounts or negotiated partnerships before • Can take a relationship from introduction through negotiation, agreement and launch • Is comfortable representing a growing entrepreneurial company This does not need to be your full-time job. We are open to someone who currently works in the industry, runs their own business, consults, or wants to work with Bubld alongside their existing career. Compensation will be primarily success-based, with meaningful compensation tied to partnerships and revenue-producing locations that you originate. We are less interested in receiving hundreds of résumés and more interested in finding one highly connected person who already knows the people we need to meet. If this describes you, please send us a brief message explaining your background, your relationships within the NYC parking/real-estate industry, and examples of partnerships or accounts you have previously opened.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
