Job Description
What You'll Do:
Sand, scuff, and prep cabinet components, panels, and millwork for finishing Mask, tape, and protect surfaces before spraying Move, rack, and handle finished and unfinished parts carefully to prevent damage Assist finishers with staining, sealing, and topcoat application as you gain experience Mix and prepare materials under direction of lead finishers Keep the spray booth, drying racks, and work areas clean and organized Inspect parts for defects and flag issues before they move downstream Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of coatings and solvents
What We're Looking For:
A strong eye for detail and pride in quality work Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well on a team Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and a good work ethic Previous shop, woodworking, painting, or finishing experience is a plus, but not required; we'll train the right person Willingness to wear a respirator and other required PPE\nCompany
