PrideStaff, a premier national staffing firm, is looking for a driven Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join a growing Third-Party Logistics (3PL) team. In the logistics world, timing is everything. If you have a knack for building rapport, solving supply chain puzzles, and providing top-tier service to shippers and carriers alike, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)In this role, you will act as the vital link between shippers, carriers, and internal operations, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communication. Your day-to-day will include: Answering inbound calls and emails from clients and transportation partners with professionalism and urgency. Tracking and tracing shipments using multiple internal systems and resources to provide real-time status updates. Proactively resolving supply chain disruptions, transit delays, and customer complaints to ensure on-time delivery. Leveraging inside sales skills to provide clients with rate quotes, promote additional logistics services, and maximize account value. Data management: Accurately entering shipment details, updating the Transportation Management System (TMS), and completing daily check-call logs. Identifying and escalating high-priority freight or carrier issues to the operations management team when necessary. What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)We are looking for a fast learner who can handle the dynamic pace of logistics. The ideal match includes: Experience: At least 1+ years of customer service experience within a call center, logistics, or dispatch environmentSales Savvy: Comfortable pitching services, quoting rates, or up-selling over the phone. Tech-Skills: Strong data entry, fast typing, and the ability to comfortably navigate multiple screens and logistics/TMS software. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, paired with strong active listening and negotiation skills. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Background: Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.
