About the role
- Field and complete requests for contract modifications related to buyout requests, and transfers for growing customer base
- Provide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions
- Proactively contact customers through outbound phone calls
- Problem solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and external teams
- Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
- Exercise independent judgement to problem solve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with Tesla teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
- 4 years or more of customer experience dealing with high volume
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft applications
- Experience within Financial Servicing Role
- Customer service experience
