RentEngine is hiring a high-growth, high-ownership recruiter to build fast-moving talent pipelines. You will manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on close partnership with hiring managers and leadership, sourcing candidates, screening for fit, and guiding interview processes. You will own the candidate experience, drive offers, and continuously seek ways to improve recruiting efficiency as the company scales rapidly across 45+ states.
