We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to lead and deliver complex SAP PM solutions across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the SAP PM workstream, provide strategic guidance to clients, mentor consulting teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices. This position combines hands-on functional expertise, client advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for a consultant ready to drive large-scale transformation programs. Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs. Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases. Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules. Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders. Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap. Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions. Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices.
