About the role

Summitbsa is seeking a dynamic leader to develop and oversee MTB, skateboarding and BMX programs for youth. You will train staff, manage wheels areas, maintain trails, and ensure safety and compliance across all activities. The role requires 1+ year of team leadership, willingness to learn, and strong customer service. Housing and uniform are provided as part of the Summit Staff program.
