About the role
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships with dental laboratories, dental practices, DSOs, distributors, and dealer partners
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
- Identify opportunities to convert competitive accounts
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to increase product adoption
- Attend trade shows, industry meetings, and networking events
- Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities, and visit reports in Salesforce
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Qualifications Required 2+ years of outside sales, territory management, or business development experience
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- PreferredExperience in dental, dental distribution, medical device, healthcare, laboratory products, or related B2B sales environments
- Existing relationships with dental laboratories, dental practices, DSOs, or dental distributors
- Experience working for dental manufacturers, distributors, or dealer organizations
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, zirconia, dental laboratory workflows, or restorative products
