Truck Tire Builder Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Truck Tire Builder to join their team. As a Truck Tire Builder, you will be part of the production team supporting tire assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the Title: Truck Tire Builder

Pay Range: $16/hour
Shift:
12-hour rotating shifts What's the Job? Operate automated tire-building equipment to assemble, inspect, and document green tires according to production, quality, and safety standards. Log into MITS, record beginning and ending sequence numbers, and complete required production paperwork. Verify machine setup, bead measurements, and component specifications at startup and after changeovers. Apply, align, splice, stitch, and inspect tire components throughout the build process, including both carcass and finish sides. Apply barcode labels, perform final tire inspections, replenish materials, scan stock tags, and maintain component traceability. What's Needed? Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions while working around moving machinery and automated robotic equipment. Strong attention to detail for visual quality inspections and identifying defects or abnormalities. Comfort using production systems and tools, including MITS, touch screens, keyboards, and barcode labeling processes. Willingness to support tire specification changeovers and assist with setup activities as needed. Physical readiness for a production environment with extended standing (8–10+ hours per shift) and frequent manual dexterity using both hands. What's in it for me?
